Before anything is built, we diagnose. Most operational problems are symptoms of a deeper structural issue — and building the wrong system faster just creates more expensive problems. The Blueprint gives you the full picture and the precise plan before a single dollar goes toward implementation.
After your Fit Call confirms we're aligned, you purchase the Blueprint and receive your pre-work questionnaire. Complete it at least 48 hours before your session — this is what allows us to arrive with your current state already mapped.
Before we meet, I review your questionnaire responses and map your current tech stack, client journey, and operational gaps. You don't repeat yourself on the call — we go straight into solutions.
We meet live and collaboratively map your future system — what stays, what goes, what gets automated, and how everything connects. This is a working session, not a discovery call.
Within 24 hours you receive your complete Blueprint document — your Operations Health Scorecard, Bottleneck Diagnosis, System Architecture Map, and if applicable, a recommended System Takeover tier. This document stands on its own and is yours to keep regardless of next steps.

The full done-for-you build. Once your Blueprint is complete and the System Architecture Map is in hand, we move into implementation. You submit your credentials, step back, and receive weekly updates. We build your entire unified system on HighLevel — your CRM, automations, funnels, client onboarding, scheduling, and follow-up — all connected, all working. At handoff, everything runs.
Every System Takeover includes a 30-day warranty covering bug fixes and build errors. If something we built doesn't work as specified, we fix it — no charge, no friction. The warranty covers build issues only, not new features or scope additions. All warranty requests go through a dedicated support form so everything is tracked and resolved systematically.
After the build, the system needs to keep running. Platforms update, workflows need tweaks, new automations get added as the business evolves. Platform Support means you never have to go back into the backend yourself — monthly maintenance, updates, and tech support handled for you on an ongoing basis.
Platform Support is available to all System Takeover clients. It is not required, but recommended — your system runs best when it's actively maintained.
