Before Cloud 9 Virtual Solutions existed, I spent over ten years in corporate marketing and advertising as a project manager focused on operations. I sat inside the backend of complex, fast-moving organizations and learned what separates businesses that run smoothly from ones that are constantly on fire. The answer was never more people or more effort — it was always the system.
When I left corporate to build my own business, I brought that same lens with me. What I found in the online business world surprised me: coaches and consultants building genuinely impressive revenue on platforms held together with disconnected tools, manual workarounds, and no real infrastructure underneath. Talented people spending hours a week on tasks that should take minutes — if they were automated at all.
I started Cloud 9 in 2022 to solve exactly that problem. Not with frameworks or theory, but with real systems — diagnosed carefully, built precisely, and handed over in working order. The goal has always been the same: your business should run whether you're in it or not.
In 2024 I completed my first full platform consolidation — migrating a coaching business off four separate tools onto a single unified system. Watching the founder step back from the operational chaos she'd been managing for years, and watching her business keep running without her holding every piece together — that's exactly why I do this work.
