No. Both retainers are open to any established business owner — you don't need to have gone through the Blueprint or System Takeover first. The Fit Call is how we confirm alignment regardless of your history with us.
What's the minimum commitment?
Three months. This gives us enough time to get fully embedded in your business, implement meaningful changes, and produce results that actually show up in how your operations run. After three months, it's month-to-month with 30 days notice to end.
What does "starting at" mean for pricing?
The starting price is the base rate for a defined scope. Final pricing is confirmed after the Fit Call once we understand your business size, team complexity, and actual scope needed. You'll always know the exact monthly investment before signing anything.
How many hours per month does the retainer include?
Hours are scoped based on your specific needs during the Fit Call — not a fixed package. The focus is on outcomes and deliverables, not hours on a clock. You'll know exactly what's covered before we begin.
What's the difference between the two retainers?

Can I combine a retainer with a System Takeover?
